On the 18th, Seol appeared on BBS Radio's 'Park Kyung-soo's Morning Journal' and said, "If it weren't for a gangster-like mindset, they wouldn't dare to make such public statements."
He added, "I think those who use such expressions might be admiring gangster culture," and pointed out, "If they neither dream of nor admire gangsters, they should not casually utter the word 'gangster'."
Regarding Ahn, he said, "If he wants to be respected as a national elder, he must accurately recognize the situation," and criticized, "Isn't he someone who entered and then left the political scene? He should let go of regrets and think about his role as a national elder. He must not mislead the public with wrong judgments."

On that day, Jin expressed his thoughts on the so-called 'Cho Kuk incident,' saying, "It was shocking. People I thought were looking in the same direction as me were actually looking somewhere completely different," and added, "I was shocked and very scared by the fact that people who once shouted for justice and equality in the past activist circles lived like that."
He continued, "In the past, they might have at least admitted their mistakes, but now that the 'Cho Kuk White Paper' has been released, they say it's not their fault but the system's fault," and said, "It is regrettable that justice is being destroyed by those who once loudly proclaimed 'justice.'
