On the 18th, the Jeonju City Council announced that the Ordinance Research Association, a council member research group, held a forum in the 5th-floor small conference room with the Wonju City Council’s Autonomous Legal Regulations Research Association to discuss research activities in the field of autonomous legislation, including ordinance legislation.
At the forum, the advanced research activities of the Jeonju City Council Ordinance Research Association, which has achieved certain results through steady research activities since 2011, were shared, and various measures to lead practical activation of autonomous legislation were discussed.
Additionally, they discussed the future council member ordinance drafting system, including selecting joint research topics between regions and mutually agreeing on research exchange methods, seeking comprehensive measures to activate and strengthen local council member research groups.
This forum gained significance by establishing a foundation for continuous mutual research exchange between council member research groups with the same purpose of activating autonomous legislation.
