Lotte Department Store Honam Chungcheong Volunteers in Flood Recovery Efforts, Working Hard
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Shin Dong-ho] Lotte Department Store Honam Chungcheong Region (Regional Manager Jeong Yoon-seong) announced on the 18th that it conducted flood recovery volunteer activities by visiting farms in Yeollyang-ri, Hwasun-eup, Hwasun-gun, Jeonnam, which were damaged by heavy rain.
This volunteer activity was carried out in cooperation with Hwasun Dogok Nonghyup to support rural areas affected by heavy rain, organized by Lotte Department Store Honam Chungcheong Region.
About 50 employees of Lotte Department Store and Lotte Outlet in the Gwangju area participated together.
On that day, the volunteer group visited the damage site from 8 a.m. and removed seedlings, supports, waterways, and plastic sheets from the chili pepper field, which had become impossible to harvest due to the heavy rain, restoring the field to its original state.
