Kiturami, Dealer AS Technical Online Training
Transition to Video Lectures Due to COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] Kiturami announced on the 18th that it will switch its 'National Dealership After-Sales Service (AS) Technical Training' to an online format.
This nationwide dealership technical training will be conducted over four weeks until the 11th of next month, targeting 700 AS technicians. They can attend the courses anytime and anywhere using their smartphones.
By logging into Kiturami's mobile application, the 'Engineer AS System,' participants can watch video lectures. The program consists of 12 lectures, including ▲Guidance on the enforcement of the law mandating the installation of eco-friendly boilers and carbon monoxide detectors ▲Introduction of new products certified by the Ministry of Environment and their special features ▲How to use measuring instruments ▲Troubleshooting procedures for various malfunction symptoms. Evaluation tests will be conducted at the end of each weekly training session.
Until now, Kiturami has conducted nationwide dealership AS technical training through offline group sessions, but this year, considering concerns about COVID-19 infection and the urgency of flood recovery support, it has switched to online training.
A Kiturami official stated, "To handle customer complaints quickly and accurately, we are strengthening job competency training for AS technicians at service centers nationwide," adding, "We plan to continuously develop the training program to provide professional services that customers can trust."
