Yang Chung-mo, Director of Fiscal Management at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Appointed as New Saemangeum Development Agency Commissioner
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Jiwon] Yang Chung-mo, former Fiscal Management Officer at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance (57), has been appointed as the new head of the Saemangeum Development Agency.
Commissioner Yang, a native of Namwon, Jeonbuk, graduated from Jeonrago High School and Yonsei University with a degree in Economics, and earned a master's degree in Public Policy from Duke University Graduate School. He entered public service in 1991 by passing the 34th Administrative Examination.
He has held positions such as Planning and Coordination Officer at the Saemangeum Development Agency, Growth Strategy Policy Officer, Director of Public Policy Bureau, and Fiscal Management Officer at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
He is recognized for his expertise in budgeting, finance, and public policy.
