Jaguar Land Rover Korea Expands Membership Partnerships and Services
Owners partners increased from 37 to 80, services expanded from 104 to 241
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Jaguar Land Rover Korea announced on the 14th that it will expand and reorganize its partnerships and services to mark the 1st anniversary of its membership service, ‘Jaguar Land Rover Owners’.
Jaguar Land Rover Owners is a customer management program that supports a lifestyle based on differentiated brand value for customers who own Jaguar Land Rover vehicles. Members receive benefits such as discounts on dining and accommodation at nationwide luxury hotels, premium golf and leisure discounts, shopping benefits, and car care services including washing and polishing.
To enhance the quality of the membership service, Jaguar Land Rover Korea conducted a satisfaction survey last month targeting Owners members. Based on the results, the service content was reorganized, with a significant addition of partners that families can enjoy together.
The number of partners increased from 37 to 80, and services expanded from 104 to 241. Through this reorganization, new hotels and resorts such as Andaz Seoul Gangnam, Signiel Busan, Park Roche Resort & Wellness, and Jeju Haevichi Hotel & Resort (8 locations) were added; premium restaurants including Andaz Seoul Gangnam Jogakbo, Bucelli House, and Ananti Cove La Mer (21 locations); and leisure-related partners such as KidZania, Everland, and KBO kt Wiz (4 locations) were included. Additionally, partnerships were formed with 8 lifestyle service providers including Escottage, True Fit & Heal, and Lundrigo, as well as 2 car care service companies. Membership customers can also receive ongoing discounts on Jaguar Land Rover accessory packages.
The Jaguar Land Rover Owners membership is divided into Prestige and Platinum tiers. The Prestige Owners membership is available to customers who purchase Jaguar XE, XF, E-PACE, F-PACE, F-TYPE, and I-PACE models, as well as Land Rover Discovery Sport, Discovery, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar, and Range Rover Sport models. The Platinum Owners membership is available only to owners of Jaguar XJ, F-TYPE SVR, F-PACE SVR, Land Rover Range Rover, Range Rover Sport SVR, and Range Rover Velar SVA Dynamic. Upon approval of Platinum Owners membership, 800,000 points are awarded, allowing members to use membership benefits solely with points. Additionally, service center reservation assistance and car carrier services are provided.
The Owners membership is available to customers who purchase new vehicles after July 2016 and the qualification is maintained for three years after registration. Benefits can also be shared with immediate family members.
