Nakseong Venture Startup Center Startup Support OPEN IR Held
Organized by Nakseong Venture Startup Center, Communication and Networking with Top VCs/ACs...Providing Customized Investment Attraction and Foundation for Future Growth to Participating Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Jun-hee) held an 'OPEN IR (Investor Relations)' event on the afternoon of the 13th at Nakseong Venture Startup Center (2 Nakseong-daero, Gwanak-gu) for startup founders with less than 7 years of experience who possess items related to the 4th Industrial Revolution.
This event was planned to invite VCs (Venture Capitalists) and ACs (Accelerators) to activate startup investment in Gwanak-gu Nakseong Venture Valley and to facilitate meetings between companies seeking investment and investors.
A total of six well-known domestic investment institutions participated in the event, including ▲Magna Investment ▲LB Investment ▲Yuanta Investment ▲Inlight Ventures ▲Kingsley Ventures ▲Hana Ventures.
The event, which lasted about three hours from 4 p.m., featured a total of 18 companies. Each participating company had 5 minutes for pitching, followed by a Q&A session through networking between the companies and investors.
Gwanak-gu is promoting the 'Nakseong Venture Valley' project to attract venture companies and build a venture ecosystem around the Nakseongdae area near the back gate of Seoul National University.
The Nakseong Venture Startup Center (NVSC), where this event was held, is the anchor facility of Nakseong Venture Valley, operated to discover prospective entrepreneurs in the region and support and nurture excellent companies.
Currently, the Nakseong Venture Startup Center houses a total of 25 companies, including 10 smart office companies, and supports various programs such as education, consulting, and mentoring, establishing itself as a representative startup support facility for resident companies and prospective entrepreneurs.
