Netmarble to Establish Subsidiary-Type Standard Workplace for Persons with Disabilities
Signing of MOU between Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled and MOU Partner
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Netmarble signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled on the 11th to establish a "subsidiary-type standard workplace for the disabled."
A subsidiary-type standard workplace for the disabled is a system where if a parent company, which is an employer obligated to hire disabled persons, establishes a subsidiary for the purpose of employing disabled persons, the disabled employees hired by the subsidiary are recognized as being employed by the parent company.
According to this agreement, Netmarble plans to establish a subsidiary-type standard workplace in the second half of this year through joint investment with its major affiliates.
