Busan Gupo Library Hosts Book Talk Concert with Famous Broadcaster
Tyler Rasch, Fluent in 8 Languages, Lectures on 'There Is No Second Earth'
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Tyler Rasch, a "language genius" fluent in eight languages and known to the public as a "brainy man," is visiting Busan to hold a book talk concert.
Busan Municipal Gupo Library announced on the 7th that it will hold a "Book Talk Concert with the Author" for second-year students at the auditorium of Baekyang High School in Buk-gu at 2 p.m. on the 11th.
This concert is organized to help students develop insight into life through the humanities and form a proper worldview.
At the concert, Tyler Rasch, who enjoys widespread popularity, will appear and discuss the importance of the environment, using his book on the climate crisis, No Second Earth, as the theme.
Students will experience authentic American English from Tyler Rasch, who is from the United States, and get a glimpse into his life of continuous challenges and transformations. Through this, they will share his worldview and the joys he finds living in Korea.
Tyler Rasch has been active as a broadcaster in Korea and has served as an ambassador for WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) since 2016.
