Kim Ho-joong's Agency Responds to Ex-Girlfriend Assault Allegation: "False Information... Preparing Legal Action"
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Recently, singer Kim Ho-jung, who has been embroiled in various controversies, faced allegations of having committed violence against a former girlfriend in the past, but his agency dismissed these claims as 'false information.'
A man who revealed that his daughter dated Kim Ho-jung in the past posted on an online cafe on the 4th, stating that "his daughter was subjected to severe verbal abuse as well as physical assault on the cheek and head by Kim Ho-jung in 2014." The operator of this online cafe is a former manager currently in dispute with Kim Ho-jung.
Kim Ho-jung's agency, Think Show Entertainment, stated, "We clearly affirm that there was no violence during the relationship with the girlfriend five years ago," and added, "We are preparing legal action against the author of the post."
The agency also said, "We will continue to take strong legal measures against the creation of rumors based on unfounded facts, the spread of false information, and defamation."
