According to Gyeongsangbuk-do on the 29th, a 47-year-old woman who entered from Uzbekistan through Incheon Airport on the 14th tested positive at Gyeongju Public Health Center on the 27th, coinciding with the end of her self-quarantine, and was admitted to Andong Medical Center.
Accordingly, as of 0:00 on the same day, the number of confirmed cases in the Gyeongsangbuk-do area increased to 1,356 (55 in Gyeongju-si). The number of recovered patients and deaths remained the same as the previous day at 1,293 (95.4%) and 58 deaths, respectively.
