SK Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company to Launch 'DMC SK View Ipark Foret' Sales Next Month

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] The consortium of SK Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 28th that they will launch sales next month for 'DMC SK View I-Park Foret,' a redevelopment project in Susaek 13 Redevelopment Zone, Susaek-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul.
The complex will consist of 21 buildings ranging from 5 basement floors to 19 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,464 units with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 120㎡. Of these, 183 units will be available for general sale. The unit types are as follows: ▲39㎡ 69 units ▲49㎡ 51 units ▲53㎡ 16 units ▲59㎡A 3 units ▲59㎡B 4 units ▲76㎡ 9 units ▲84㎡A 18 units ▲84㎡B 4 units ▲102㎡ 4 units ▲120㎡ 5 units.
The Susaek·Jeungsan New Town, where DMC SK View I-Park Foret will be located, offers easy access not only to the major business district Sangam DMC but also to Yeouido and Gwanghwamun. Currently, redevelopment projects are underway in a total of 11 zones, with approximately 11,000 new apartments planned.
Transportation conditions are also convenient. Residents can use Susaek Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway, as well as Digital Media City Station served by Seoul Subway Line 6, the Airport Railroad, and the Gyeongjung Line. Various bus routes pass in front of the complex, providing easy access to business districts such as Gwanghwamun and City Hall. For drivers, access to Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Naebu Sunhwan-ro is available, and with the scheduled opening of the World Cup Bridge next year, transportation conditions are expected to improve further.
The location, situated at the foot of Bongsan Urban Natural Park, is also praised for its excellent environment. Susaek Elementary School is adjacent, allowing for safe commuting for students, and nearby large supermarkets and various commercial facilities within Sangam DMC are accessible.
A sales official stated, "There is high expectation and interest from local demand due to the news of new apartments with reasonable prices in a location convenient for commuting to major business districts in Seoul. We will do our best to supply products that meet the expectations of actual buyers through differentiated designs by SK Construction and HDC Hyundai Development Company."
