[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Nosik] Deo Joeun Co., Ltd. and Sarang Deohagi Jiyo Scholarship Foundation delivered droplet masks to social welfare institutions and public transportation workers in Namwon City, Jeonbuk, who are struggling with COVID-19 during the hot summer.
According to the city on the 27th, Deo Joeun Co., Ltd. and Suwajin's Sarang Deohagi Jiyo Scholarship Foundation donated 63,000 droplet masks as special COVID-19 supplies on the 23rd.
Director Ahn Sang-su of the Jiyo Scholarship Foundation said, “We provided droplet masks to social welfare organizations, facilities, and public transportation workers in Namwon City to help them comply with daily quarantine guidelines,” adding, “We hope this will be of some help so that everyone can spend the summer safely and healthily.”
Mayor Lee Hwan-joo expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you for actively participating in efforts to prevent community infection during this difficult time for all citizens due to COVID-19,” and added, “In a situation where people are becoming more distant, thanks to you, we are happy to connect hearts.”
