On the 23rd, Jang said in a post on his Facebook, "The complainant and her representative stated that the reason for the accusation was to find out whether the act violated the law and that they only wanted an apology, but did the mayor really not apologize?"
He continued, "I believe that, given various circumstances, even if the mayor recognized his wrongdoing, he clearly did not even have the chance to apologize," adding, "Until the day before, or even until the early morning of the day itself, I was in normal work contact with the mayor via Telegram. And just looking at the timetable revealed by the representative, the accusation, the request for a meeting with the prosecutor, and the media's awareness all happened almost simultaneously," he explained.
He said, "They not only deprived the mayor of the luxury to apologize but also did not give him time to put his life in order," adding, "I do not know how much I cried when reading the brief suicide note written on a crumpled A4 sheet, feeling the urgency conveyed."
Furthermore, Jang criticized, "The reason I am outraged starts from that point," saying, "They held a press conference on the day of the funeral to portray the mayor as a scoundrel, giving no time for the bereaved family and many people who loved the mayor to mourn his sudden death."
He added, "They even criticized the request call from the head of Seoul City's Women's Policy Office to postpone the press conference until after the funeral as pressure," and "So far, they have suppressed all acts of mourning and the citizens' curiosity about the truth by labeling them as secondary harm," raising his voice again.
Jang also said, "Through yesterday's press conference, I saw the anxiety of them, including the representative," and questioned, "The complainant said she wants to live a happy life through the press conference, but can she really be happy in the current situation?"
He said, "Perhaps someday the complainant will appear directly in the media, but as someone who has long respected the mayor, I express my sorrow for his departure and my apologies and regrets to the complainant. If I may dare to advise the complainant, human happiness is built on the authenticity and truthfulness of life," emphasizing, "I will be on your side, so have courage. First, dismiss your representative. And please return the mayor to the hearts of the citizens."

He said on his Facebook, "I stopped watching the press conference because I felt not only anger but even murderous intent," adding, "Kim Jae-ryeon was using women's organization leaders as stooges and was making excuses throughout the press conference." He continued, "It is cowardly and evil," and said, "Now, the women's movement in our country is over."
