Gyeongnam Culture and Arts Foundation Announces Recruitment for 'Startup Content Development Support Project' Participants
Online Application for e-Naradoum Site to Begin on the 5th of Next Month

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Hwang Choi Hyun-joo] The Gyeongnam Culture and Arts Promotion Agency announced on the 22nd that it is recruiting participants for the ‘2020 Gyeongnam Content Korea Lab (CKL) Startup Content Development Support Project’ until the 5th of next month to encourage creative and startup activities in the local content industry sector.
The recruitment fields are divided into ‘Startup Incubating’ and ‘Startup Advancement.’ Incubating will support startup education and prototype production costs, while advancement plans to support corporate capacity-building education and content advancement expenses.
Applicants and companies wishing to apply can submit their applications online through the e-Nara Doum site by the 5th of next month.
The announcement is titled ‘2020 Gyeongnam CKL Startup Content Development Support Project.’
The support scale for the incubating field is about 15 projects in total, with approximately 10 million KRW per project. Applicants must be 18 years or older, residing in the province, or university students or on leave of absence in the province, or content companies established within three years can apply for incubating.
Especially, those selected for incubating and advancement will carry out their projects from the contract signing date until the end of November, and support will include ▲prototype production and content advancement costs ▲startup, IR pitching, and marketing education by field ▲individual mentoring ▲holding performance sharing meetings and providing opportunities for content exchange.

An official from the Promotion Agency said, “To revitalize the local content industry in Gyeongsangnam-do, we aim to support creative and startup activities, discover new content, and advance it,” adding, “We hope for the interest and participation of creators and early startups with promising ideas in the content field.”
