Hi Investment & Securities Conducts Donation Campaign to Support a Healthy Summer
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Ji-hwan] Hi Investment & Securities announced on the 20th that, as part of its social contribution activities, it sponsored samgyetang and summer blankets for elderly people in need in the local community at the Yeongdeungpo Senior Welfare Center, a public facility located in Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
This event was held to participate in ‘DGB Blue Wind,’ a campaign by DGB Financial Group to overcome the summer heat. Hi Investment & Securities donated 2 million KRW provided by the DGB Social Contribution Foundation to purchase 200 packs of samgyetang and 105 summer blankets.
All donated items will be delivered to elderly people in need within the Yeongdeungpo area. In particular, the significance of this donation is heightened by the fact that the items were prepared as health-customized goods for the elderly to cope with the intense heat and tropical nights during the peak summer season.
