All Banking Services in One Place, Non-Face-to-Face... Shinhan Bank Launches 'SolBiz'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] Shinhan Bank announced on the 20th that it will launch a customized platform, SOL Biz, for convenient mobile banking use by individual business owners and corporate customers.
Shinhan Bank revamped its existing corporate mobile banking service, Shinhan S Corporate Bank, with the goals of ▲easy and fast banking services ▲customer-centered financial services ▲convenient non-financial services, and launched SOL Biz.
SOL Biz allows individual business customers to sign up for corporate internet and mobile banking non-face-to-face without visiting a branch, and supports easy login through fingerprint and pattern recognition without using corporate digital certificates, providing a convenient user environment comparable to personal banking.
Additionally, customers can open 14 financial products non-face-to-face, including business-only KRW and foreign currency accounts and SOL Convenient Business Loans. It also supports non-face-to-face credit evaluation applications, submission of supporting documents via photo capture, and issuance of electronic tax invoices. The platform is equipped with a web CMS (Corporate Cash Management System) for efficient corporate fund management, allowing users to view transaction details from all banks and card companies as well as sales information related to business operations.
Furthermore, to support one-stop management activities for corporate customers, various partnerships provide non-financial services such as Shinhan Card’s big data marketing platform "My Shop Partner," SK Telecom’s individual business owner management support platform Happy Store and tax filing service (SSEM), promotional support service (Kmong), and attendance management service (Albam).
