Dongkook Pharmaceutical Changes Largest Shareholder to Dongkook Healthcare Holdings
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Dongkook Pharmaceutical announced on the 20th that the largest shareholder has changed from Vice Chairman Kwon Ki-beom to Dongkook Healthcare Holdings due to the acquisition of shares through the exercise of call option rights on redeemable convertible preferred shares and on-market purchases. Accordingly, the shares owned by Vice Chairman Kwon and six others, totaling 4,133,401 shares, have changed to 4,203,916 shares (46.47%) owned by Dongkook Healthcare Holdings and six others. Dongkook Pharmaceutical explained, “There is no change in the composition of the largest shareholder and related parties,” adding, “The former largest shareholder, Vice Chairman Kwon, has become a related party, and the former related party, Dongkook Healthcare Holdings, has become the largest shareholder.”
