Samsung SDS and Sungkyunkwan University Join Hands to Foster AI Talent
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Samsung SDS has signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement with Sungkyunkwan University to promote digital transformation.
According to Samsung SDS on the 20th, both parties plan to jointly develop educational programs to nurture artificial intelligence (AI) talent and conduct joint research to secure advanced technologies in digital new technology fields such as cloud computing.
Sungkyunkwan University will promote administrative advancement by utilizing Samsung SDS's big data analysis-based integrated AI platform 'Brightics', AI work automation solutions 'Brity RPA', and 'SDS Cloud'.
In addition, the university plans to nurture data analysis experts in the future by adopting Samsung SDS's data analysis expert education and certification program 'ProDS'.
Hong Won-pyo, CEO of Samsung SDS, said, "We will contribute to the university's digital transformation by leveraging Samsung SDS's core technologies and platform capabilities, and strive to nurture talent that will lead the digital economy."
