Regarding the toll calculation proposal, Councilor Kwon cited that the completion of Dongjeon General Industrial Complex in Dong-eup is imminent, that Changwon City’s road construction project implementer and the execution agreement set the toll at 1,100 KRW for small vehicles, and that the implementer is required to submit data for the initial toll decision to Changwon two months before completion.
Therefore, Councilor Kwon proposed and explained a toll rate of 900 KRW, citing the expected increase in commuting and logistics vehicles upon the completion of the Dongjeon General Industrial Complex in Buk-myeon.
