The concept of the newly opened F&B store is "Tasty Garden (Garden of Gourmet)." A "central garden" has been created in the middle of the basement 1st floor food hall, featuring a shared space of 127 seats (357㎡) where customers can freely enjoy food and relax. Large plants and gardening interior designs have been applied throughout the store to add points of interest. It is unusual to arrange a space in the center of the basement 1st floor food hall as a customer rest area that can accommodate about 10 F&B brands.
Hyundai Department Store plans to showcase 32 brands including restaurants operated by famous chefs and various local eateries centered around the customer rest area located in the middle of the basement 1st floor F&B store at the Mia branch. Famous chef restaurants such as Chef Bangnyeong Yoo’s Chinese restaurant "Manchu" and Chef Hogyun Jeong’s Italian restaurant "Signature Lab," as well as local eateries like "Galhyeondong Tteokbokki," "Nampo Sujebi," and "Seongbukdong Bread Factory" will newly open.
Additionally, about 10 bakery brands will newly open, including "Monchouchou," famous for its roll cake "Dojima Roll" made with Hokkaido fresh cream, the authentic cake specialty store "Madue," and the homemade scone specialty store "Norwegian Wood."
