The Plaza "Check in at Your Preferred Time"
Special Offer for 'Luxury Staycation' Customers
Launch of 'The Plaza 24-Hour Free Pass' Package
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] A hotel product that allows customers to check in at their desired time has been launched.
The Plaza, a luxury hotel operated by Hanwha Hotels & Resorts, announced on the 15th that it will offer a limited-time product called '24-Hour Free Pass' until the 31st of next month to celebrate the summer vacation season. The '24-Hour Free Pass' features a DIY (Do It Yourself) concept, allowing customers to check in at any time they want instead of the usual fixed check-in (3 PM) and check-out (12 PM) times, and check out 24 hours after the chosen check-in time.
This new operation method, different from existing hotels, is expected to be highly favored not only by office workers but also by local customers, as it maximizes convenience and satisfaction for customers who find traveling difficult due to COVID-19.
A hotel official said, "The number of luxury staycation customers who want to enjoy a short rest at a luxury hotel in the city is increasing," adding, "In a changing market environment, we will continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction by adopting a new strategy where the hotel adapts to the customer's preferred way rather than the customer adapting to the hotel's operation method, aiming to gain an advantage in the post-COVID era."
