[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] The civil complaint response service of Ulsan Ulju-gun employees received very high marks in a recent survey.
Ulju-gun announced on the 11th that the satisfaction survey on civil complaint processing conducted for applicants showed a result of "very satisfied" to improve the civil service of its employees.
The civil complaint satisfaction survey is conducted twice a year targeting applicants who visited the county office, investigating overall satisfaction from application to processing, including prior information provision, availability of documents, convenience, friendliness, promptness, and professionalism. Compared to the first half of 2019, it rose by 2.5 points, showing an overall increase in satisfaction index, with significant improvement in satisfaction by category. In particular, convenience facilities and prior information provision levels increased by more than 6.0 points.
