Citizens' Memorial Altar in Front of Seoul City Hall, Condolences Accepted from 11 AM on Saturday
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that it completed the installation of a memorial altar for the late Mayor Park Won-soon in front of the city hall on the 10th and will begin receiving mourners from 11 a.m. on Saturday, the 11th.
Earlier, Seoul began accepting mourners from noon on the same day at the funeral parlor, Room 1 on the 3rd floor of Seoul National University Hospital in Jongno-gu, where Mayor Park's body is laid.
Mayor Park's funeral will be held over five days and will be the first-ever Seoul Metropolitan Mayor's funeral. The funeral procession is scheduled for the 13th.
The Seoul Metropolitan Government stated that it will not accept floral tributes or condolence money.
