[Public Notice+] EasyCareTech Wins Contract for Hospital Information System Construction at National Transportation Rehabilitation Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Ezcaretech announced on the 10th through a public disclosure that it has signed a contract for the construction and operation project of the next-generation Hospital Information System (HIS), 'BESTCare 2.0,' with the National Traffic Rehabilitation Hospital. The contract amount is 6.47 billion KRW, and the contract period is until September 30, 2024.
The National Traffic Rehabilitation Hospital, located in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do, is the only specialized rehabilitation hospital for traffic accident patients in Korea. It was established in 2014 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport to provide rehabilitation and public medical services for patients with aftereffects of accidents. The hospital has a total of 209 beds across one basement floor and six above-ground floors, and operates specialized treatment centers by disability type, such as the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Center, Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation Center, and Musculoskeletal Injury Rehabilitation Center, as well as disease-specific special clinics.
Ezcaretech expects that BESTCare 2.0 will significantly enhance the clinical expertise and management efficiency of the National Traffic Rehabilitation Hospital. BESTCare 2.0 is a solution implemented in five of the top ten hospitals in Korea and has also been exported to 14 overseas hospitals in the United States and the Middle East. The company evaluated that this contract is particularly meaningful as it is the first national hospital project secured after the COVID-19 pandemic.
