New Deputy Director of Saemangeum Development Agency: Lee Seong-hae, Former Director at Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] Lee Seong-hae, former Director General of the Construction Policy Bureau at the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, has been appointed as the new Deputy Administrator of the Saemangeum Development Agency.
The Saemangeum Development Agency announced the appointment of Lee Seong-hae (54), former Director General of the Construction Policy Bureau at the Ministry of Land, as the new Deputy Administrator.
Born in Seoul, the new Deputy Administrator Lee graduated from Hwanil High School, earned a degree in Civil Engineering from Seoul National University, and obtained a master's degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Leeds in the UK. He entered public service in 1992 by passing the 27th Technical Civil Service Examination. Since then, he has held various positions including Director of Road Policy at the Ministry of Land, Head of the Busan Regional Land Management Office, and Urban Policy Officer.
Deputy Administrator Lee has been recognized for his excellent planning and analytical skills, demonstrating strong work performance, as well as his gentle personality and leadership abilities in managing staff.
