[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] BC Card announced on the 9th that it will hold an event targeting customers planning to purchase home appliances and travel domestically for the summer season.
Customers who want to purchase cooling appliances such as air conditioners, fans, dehumidifiers, and newlywed home appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, and vacuum cleaners will enjoy abundant benefits if they purchase with BC Card (personal credit and check cards applicable) within July. When paying over 5 million KRW at Samsung Digital Plaza stores nationwide, 100,000 points will be awarded, and cashback up to 100,000 KRW will be given depending on the amount. At Electron Land stores, a cashback event of up to 300,000 KRW is being held until the 27th for purchasing popular summer appliances.
For customers who cannot visit offline stores, an online discount event has also been prepared. At Hi-Mart online mall, a billing discount of up to 10% is offered for payments ranging from a minimum of 50,000 KRW to over 5 million KRW until the 26th. Only products with the 'BC Card Discount Tag' on the left side of the product before purchase are eligible.
For customers preparing domestic travel for the vacation season, a 'Resort Accommodation Package' has been prepared. Until the end of August, customers using Oak Valley, Yongpyong Resort, Welli Hilli Park, and Phoenix Park will receive discounts of up to 40% on packages including one night’s stay, breakfast buffet, swimming pool, and cable car tickets (the package items vary by resort). The discount applies when booking through the respective resort’s customer center or booking on-site and paying with BC Card. For customers wanting a day trip near the metropolitan area, visiting Everland and Seoul Land is recommended. Everland is running a '1+1 Admission Ticket Event' and 'Q-Pass Package' promotion, and Seoul Land is offering 'Happiness for 10,000 KRW,' where all-day and night tickets can be enjoyed for 10,000 KRW each, both until the end of August.
