[Breaking] 3 More COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Daejeon Among Assembly Member and Department Store Workers
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ga-yeon] On the 8th, three new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported in Daejeon.
According to Daejeon City, two people in their 50s (Patient No. 147 and Patient No. 148) residing in Wonnae-dong, Yuseong-gu, and a person in their 20s (Patient No. 149) residing in Tanbang-dong, Seo-gu, tested positive for COVID-19 on this day.
The local Patient No. 147, a man in his 50s, is the director of a clinic in Wonnae-dong, Yuseong-gu. His wife, Patient No. 148, also tested positive while working at the same clinic. They had contact with Patient No. 140, a woman in her 50s living in Jeongnim-dong, Seo-gu.

Additionally, another confirmed case emerged at Se-i Department Store in Jung-gu, which was attended by the son of Patient No. 140. The new case is a man in his 20s residing in Seo-gu (Patient No. 149), who works as a store employee at Se-i Department Store. The department store where the confirmed patients worked is temporarily closed.
