United Future Party Submits Standing Committee Appointment Proposal... Gwak Sang-do and Kim Do-eup Assigned to the Steering Committee
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Ji-eun] On the 6th, the United Future Party announced that it had submitted a proposal for the appointment of standing committee members to the Secretariat of the National Assembly Main Building.
For the Operations Committee, which oversees the Blue House, instead of first-term floor representatives, third-term members Kim Do-eup, Kim Tae-heum, and Park Dae-chul, as well as second-term members Kwak Sang-do, Kim Jung-jae, and Lee Yang-su were assigned. These are considered the attackers within the United Future Party. Among the first-term members, Shin Won-sik and Jo Su-jin were included in the Operations Committee.
Additionally, Kim Do-eup, who has extensive experience in the Legislation and Judiciary Committee, was appointed as the secretary of the committee to keep checks on Minister of Justice Choo Mi-ae and others.

For the Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee, Kim Seok-ki was appointed as secretary, and members Park Jin, Tae Yong-ho, and Ji Seong-ho, who belong to the United Future Party’s Foreign Security Special Committee, were included.
