Two Teenagers Booked for Forcing and Arranging Prostitution of Runaway Middle School Girl
[Asia Economy Intern Reporter Kim Yeon-ju] Teenagers who forced and arranged prostitution among their middle school peers have been caught by the police.
The Cheongju Heungdeok Police Station in Chungbuk announced on the 1st that they have arrested and are investigating two individuals, including a middle school student A (15), on charges of violating the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth.
A and others are accused of arranging prostitution for men through a random chat application in the Cheongju area from January this year until last month.
They reportedly forced runaway middle school girls into prostitution and collected payment for prostitution from the clients.
The police are also known to be investigating adult men who purchased prostitution services.
