Daelim Industrial announced on the 26th that occupancy is underway at ePyeonhansesang Okjeong Metrofore, supplied in Yangju New Town, Gyeonggi Province. This complex consists of 24 buildings with a total of 2,038 households.
Daelim Industrial unveiled a newly revamped ePyeonhansesang on the 1st of this month. The renewed ePyeonhansesang incorporates a changed brand identity (BI) and design elements. The complex where the new ePyeonhansesang brand is applied is ePyeonhansesang Okjeong Metrofore. Throughout this complex, the renewed BI of ePyeonhansesang is applied, creating a luxurious and sophisticated atmosphere.
Additionally, the southern side of the complex is open and spacious, offering excellent sunlight and openness. With a green space ratio of about 46% and themed forests created with cherry blossom tree paths circulating inside the complex and various plantings, it provides a more perfect residential experience. Playgrounds reminiscent of children's theme parks are integrated with landscaping, offering spaces where residents can freely play in nature, while also serving as areas for ecological learning, play, and exploration, distributed throughout the complex.
Currently, three ePyeonhansesang complexes in Yangju New Town have already completed occupancy. With the occupancy of ePyeonhansesang Okjeong Metrofore this time, a large-scale ePyeonhansesang brand town with a total of 5,525 households has been formed.
