The Busan Southern Office of Education will hold the "Stress Out! Parent Workshop Experience" program on the 25th and July 2nd at the workshop experience room in Busan Citizens Park, Busanjin-gu, targeting kindergarten parents belonging to the local early childhood education cooperation network with four or fewer classes in the district.
This event aims to relieve parenting stress caused by the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic and provide an opportunity for healing through cultural and artistic experiences.
To comply with social distancing rules due to COVID-19, the event will be held twice with 30 people each time, and on the day of the event, participants will be divided into groups of about 10 to experience activities in three workshops: textile workshop, printmaking workshop, and woodworking workshop.
The experience programs include "Making a summer neck pillow at the textile workshop," "Making cushions and pouches at the printmaking workshop," and "Making a multipurpose stand at the woodworking workshop." Parents will have the opportunity to create practical household items that can be used at home.
