According to the police, A entered the country from overseas on the 30th of last month and was ordered by health authorities to self-quarantine for two weeks but visited a pub in the Pohang area the following day. He is also accused of assaulting police officers who responded after the pub owner reported him for falling asleep without paying for drinks.
