Busan City announced on the 22nd that it will hold the '2020 B-beauty day' event, showcasing and promoting local cosmetic companies' products at BEXCO for three days starting from the 26th.
Organized by Busan Technopark and the Busan Cosmetics Industry Association, this event is held in conjunction with the 'Korea Together Sale' promoted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. The event, designed to revitalize consumption depressed by COVID-19, will feature participation from 18 cosmetic companies in the Busan area.
Participating companies will provide opportunities for citizens visiting the event to directly demonstrate and experience representative cosmetic products of Busan through individual promotional booths, offering high-quality products at reasonable prices. During the event, a Zero Pay promotion will also be held, allowing up to 17% payback on payments.

Byun Sung-wan, Acting Mayor of Busan, said, "This event is expected to be a good opportunity to increase sales of local cosmetic companies and revive consumer sentiment weakened by COVID-19," adding, "We hope it will contribute to domestic demand recovery and overcoming the regional economic crisis."
