Winia Daewoo Launches 'Klasse Pop Edition' Series Featuring Slate Blue Color
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] Winia Daewoo announced on the 18th that it will launch the ‘Klasse POP Edition’ series featuring the slate blue color, a trending shade this year.
The Klasse POP Edition series is characterized by adding colors and designs that reflect consumer preferences to the existing Klasse brand, Winia Daewoo explained.
Winia Daewoo plans to first introduce the air purifier and microwave from the Klasse POP Edition series, followed by the sequential release of kimchi refrigerators, refrigerators, and washing machines.
The newly released Klasse POP Edition air purifier is a 36.3㎡ (11-pyeong) model certified by the Korea Air Cleaning Association (CA certification). It features an ‘Air Clean System’ that enables efficient air purification through multi-stage filtering, Winia Daewoo explained. It is also equipped with an ‘Air Clean Display’ that shows indoor air quality in real-time with three color levels from good to poor, as well as a ‘Sleep Mode.’
The Klasse POP Edition microwave, released alongside the air purifier, is a 20-liter capacity product with a dial control that allows setting time according to menu and weight, and adjusting output in 7 levels.
Byeong-deok Ahn, CEO of Winia Daewoo, said, “The newly introduced Klasse POP Edition series products were created for consumers who seek something different from others,” adding, “Starting with the microwave and air purifier, we will sequentially introduce other products for consumers who are creating their own spaces.”

The launch prices for the Klasse POP Edition microwave and air purifier are in the 100,000 KRW and 200,000 KRW ranges, respectively.
