Jogapju, CEO of Aegis Asset Management, Joins Flower Bucket Challenge
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Aegis Asset Management announced on the 16th that CEO Jo Gapju of Aegis Asset Management participated in the Flower Bucket Challenge and delivered flower baskets to nonprofit organizations and nearby local children's centers as a token of gratitude and support.
The Flower Bucket Challenge is a campaign to support flower farmers who have been affected by the cancellation of various events due to COVID-19 by gifting flowers. It is conducted in a relay format where the nominated person participates in the campaign and then nominates the next participant.
CEO Jo Gapju was previously nominated for the next participant in the Flower Bucket Challenge by Lee Seokjun, Vice Chairman of Woomi Construction.
Aegis Asset Management delivered flower baskets to a total of about 30 places, including nonprofit organizations and activists at nearby local children's centers who are experiencing difficulties due to a decrease in volunteers and sponsorships caused by COVID-19, as a token of appreciation for their hard work.
CEO Jo said, "I am very pleased to participate in the Flower Bucket Challenge and deliver beautiful flowers to nonprofit organizations and local children's centers," adding, "I hope this will be a small help to flower farmers and floral companies struggling due to COVID-19, and I hope COVID will be overcome as soon as possible."

CEO Jo nominated Kim Seonghyun, CEO of KB Securities, who is leading social contribution efforts such as the Good Landlord Project for small business owners and promoting co-growth by discovering promising small and medium-sized enterprises, as the next participant.
