Incheon TP to Host 'Content Startup Challenge' on 16th Next Month... Total Prize Money 20 Million Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) Incheon Contents Korea Lab will hold the 'Contents Startup Challenge (Business Model Pitching Contest)' on the 16th of next month at the Teum Culture Creative Zone in Michuhol-gu (former site of the Civic Center), targeting startups in the content sector in Incheon and prospective entrepreneurs and creators.
The contest is a presentation event where participants publicly explain their business models (BM) in the content field at the planning and development stage. If selected for their innovative ideas, they will receive prize money and opportunities to enter domestic and international markets through support for content production and marketing.
Eligible participants include startups in Incheon less than five years old, Incheon citizens, and current students or graduates of universities in the Incheon area. Applications can be submitted through the Incheon Contents Korea Lab website (www.inckl.or.kr) by the 26th of this month.
The grand prize winner will receive 5 million KRW, and a total of 10 teams, including winners of the Excellence Award, Outstanding Award, and Encouragement Award, will be selected to receive prize money worth approximately 20 million KRW.
Additionally, the grand prize and excellence award-winning teams will be supported with a professional mentoring program to create PowerPoint (PT) format BM introduction materials that can be used in investment and business briefing sessions.
