View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] The consortium of SK Engineering & Construction and Hanjin Heavy Industries successfully closed the first-priority subscription for ‘Bupyeong SK View Haemoro’ in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with an average competition rate of 105 to 1. Especially, the highly popular 84㎡ (exclusive area) recorded a competition rate of about 200 to 1.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s ‘Subscription Home’ on the 10th, a total of 57,621 applicants applied for 547 households in the subscription held the previous day for this complex. The average competition rate was 105 to 1.
The highest competition rate was recorded in the 84㎡B (exclusive area). For this size, 43 units were offered for general sale, and a total of 8,460 applicants applied, including 6,206 from the relevant area and 2,254 from other areas, showing a competition rate of 197 to 1.
The size with the most subscription accounts was also 84㎡. For 178 households of 84㎡A in this complex, a total of 28,003 people from both the relevant and other areas hoped to purchase, resulting in a competition rate of 157 to 1.
Except for the small size of 36㎡, which showed a competition rate of about 10 to 1, all other sizes recorded competition rates above 50 to 1. The sale price is about 16.7 million KRW per 3.3㎡.

The announcement of winners will be made on the 16th, and contracts will be signed over 7 days excluding weekends from the 29th to July 7th.
