Daesang Cheongjeongwon Launches ‘Healthy Avocado Oil Traditional Gim’ Packed with Avocado Nutrition
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Seon-ae] Daesang Cheongjeongwon announced on the 8th that it has recently launched ‘Healthy Avocado Oil Traditional Seaweed,’ which captures the nutrition of ‘avocado,’ a healthy ingredient gaining attention.
Avocado is known as the ‘most nutritious fruit,’ even listed in the Guinness World Records for its rich nutrients. Cheongjeongwon focused on the fact that the content and absorption rate of various nutrients increase during the process of pressing avocado pulp into oil, and introduced a new traditional seaweed product that combines carefully selected premium raw materials with ‘avocado oil.’
Cheongjeongwon’s ‘Healthy Avocado Oil Traditional Seaweed’ is made by selecting AA-grade raw materials (internal grade standard) containing over 42% protein based on near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR) after passing 12 quality tests at Daesang Seaweed Research Center. It also adds a savory flavor with traditional pressed sesame oil and uses domestically produced roasted sun-dried salt to reduce sodium content by about 20% (compared to the company’s olive oil traditional seaweed), resulting in a less salty taste. From the aquaculture farm to the processing of seasoned seaweed, transparent traceability management is applied, and the dried seaweed origin labeling system is implemented, allowing consumers to enjoy it with greater confidence.
