Luxury Car Maserati Offers Lifetime Free Replacement of Consumable Parts
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Italian luxury high-performance car Maserati offers various vehicle care programs to maintain its prestige as a luxury car. It provides free replacement services for consumables throughout the vehicle's lifetime and also runs a program that compensates for exterior damage repair costs for one year.
Maserati is implementing a 'Lifetime Free Consumables Replacement Promotion' for first-time buyers. Once a vehicle is purchased, it offers free lifetime replacement of a total of 10 types of consumables, including engine oil, brake pads, and brake discs.
Considering the characteristics of luxury cars, which often incur significant exterior damage repair costs, Maserati also supports the 'Maserati Care Program' that compensates for exterior damage repair costs for all models for one year. This program is provided free of charge when using the affiliated financial company's lease program and applies only to vehicles brought into official service centers. (Condition of 1 year or 120,000 km, repair cost limit of 3 million KRW)
Recently, with the increased importance of disinfection due to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the vehicle delivery disinfection program has been strengthened. Maserati vehicles imported from Italy undergo thorough PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) immediately after disembarking from the ship, followed by detailed hygiene disinfection and fine mist spraying disinfection inside the vehicle.
