La Record, Pop-up Store at Shinsegae Gangnam Branch
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Kolon Industries FnC Division (hereinafter Kolon FnC) is operating a pop-up store for its upcycling brand RAEKODE on the 6th floor of Shinsegae Department Store Gangnam Branch for ten days until the 14th.
This pop-up store is part of the 'Shinsegae Loves the Earth' exhibition organized by Shinsegae Department Store, introducing sustainable brands.
RAEKODE, the only upcycling brand in Korea, will sell its signature collection line along with Kolon FnC's series launched in May, the RINANO line in collaboration with Customellow, and some accessories.
This is RAEKODE's first domestic pop-up store opening in a year since the pop-up store at Hyundai Department Store Pangyo Branch in June last year. While last year mainly focused on increasing contact with overseas consumers through pop-up stores in major European cities, this opportunity allows RAEKODE to once again promote the value of upcycling to domestic consumers.
A RAEKODE representative stated, "RAEKODE serves as a medium connecting environmental values and fashion, and we are also informing that upcycling fashion is not difficult but can be useful and stylish."
To commemorate the opening of this pop-up store, RAEKODE is holding an event where customers who make purchases will receive a RAEKODE coupon book. The RAEKODE coupon book includes one free coffee coupon usable at offline stores Itaewon Series Corner and Art Sonje Store, a card case, and a 50% discount coupon for RAEKODE's one-day classes (limited to some classes held at the Myeongdong Cathedral Sharing Space).
