Jungnang-gu's First Knowledge Industry Center 'Sinnae Desiangplex' Completed
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) announced that 'Sinnae Desiangplex,' the first knowledge industry center in Jungnang-gu, has completed construction two years after groundbreaking.
'Sinnae Desiangplex' is the first knowledge industry center supplied in the northeastern Seoul area in 15 years, with a total floor area of 83,043㎡, consisting of 4 basement floors and 12 above-ground floors, housing 449 factory units, 11 office facilities, and 43 neighborhood living facilities.
Starting from July, about 300 companies are expected to move in actively, opening the door to revitalizing the local economy.

Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, "With the completion of Sinnae Desiangplex, many companies will move into the area, greatly contributing to job creation and revitalization of the local economy," adding, "We will transform the Sinnae 3 District into a high-tech industrial complex, creating a self-sufficient and vibrant area."
