Naju-si Announces Individual Land Prices Decision and Disclosure... 7.37% Increase
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Naju City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Kang In-gyu) announced on the 3rd that it has determined and publicly announced the individual official land prices for 261,167 parcels as of January 1st this year.
This year's individual official land prices were established through land characteristic surveys, appraiser verification, and landowner opinion hearings in accordance with relevant guidelines, with a land price change rate of 7.37% increase compared to the previous year.
The highest land price in the city was set at 2,480,000 KRW/㎡ for a parcel located in Bitgaram-dong, and the lowest land price was set at 367 KRW/㎡ for a parcel located in Gukdong-ri, Munpyeong-myeon.
Due to the widespread use of electronic viewing, the determined and announced land prices will not be individually notified to landowners.
Land price inquiries can be made through the city hall website, the Ilsa Pyeonri - Jeonnam Real Estate Information Inquiry System, or by visiting or calling the Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers.
Landowners and interested parties who have objections to the land prices can fill out and submit an objection form available at the Citizen Service Division or the civil service offices of Eup/Myeon/Dong Administrative Welfare Centers by the 29th of this month.

A city official stated, “For lands with objections, we will reconsider by taking into account the balance with nearby lands or standard official land prices, conduct re-surveys, verify through appraisal professionals, and review by the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, then individually notify the results to the applicants.”
