Gibo, Recruiting for the '3rd Youth Technology Evaluation Experience Group'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Jung Yoon-mo, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 1st that it is recruiting the 3rd 'Kibo Youth Technology Evaluation Experience Group' (hereinafter referred to as the Experience Group) to overcome youth employment difficulties caused by the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and to improve awareness of jobs in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The Experience Group is a program designed to improve awareness of jobs in SMEs by having job seekers such as university students visit excellent small and venture companies with Kibo employees, experience Kibo's technology evaluation process, and write experience reports to introduce to future job seekers.
Kibo is recruiting Experience Group members through email applications from the 1st to the 12th. The recruitment targets are young job seekers aged 18 to 39, including university students and Meister high school students. The selection process will be conducted through document screening, focusing on evaluating applicants' willingness to participate in the Experience Group activities and motivation for applying based on the submitted application forms.
Kibo plans to select about 250 Experience Group members, who will be active for about two months from July 6 to September 15. Detailed information about the recruitment can be found on the Kibo website. The experience reports written by the Experience Group after visiting SME sites will be posted on Kibo's official blog and used as promotional content for excellent SMEs. In addition, the Experience Group will engage in various activities such as promoting SMEs through SNS and experiencing Kibo's work.
