Gwangju City to Hold 'Gwangju Job Online Fair' on the 8th of Next Month
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 29th that it will hold the 'Gwangju Job Online Fair' to revitalize the hiring market, which has been stagnant due to COVID-19, and to create local jobs.
The 'Gwangju Job Online Fair' will be held from the 8th to the 21st of next month on the internet job portal site JobKorea.
This fair was prepared through collaboration between Gwangju City, Gwangju Regional Employment and Labor Office, Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, and Korea Photonics Industry Association.
In particular, visitors can explore automotive and electronics companies located in Gwangju as well as in four nearby cities and counties: Hwasun, Damyang, Naju, and Jangseong, along with excellent and recommended company sections.
The Excellent Companies section includes premium small and medium enterprises and PRE-premium small and medium enterprises designated by Gwangju City, while the Recommended Companies section features companies recommended by Gwangju City and others for their outstanding employee welfare.
Additionally, a separate Event Hall will be set up to provide various employment support services such as online resumes and job guides.
The Gwangju Job Online Fair is open to all job seekers nationwide.
