Model houses are preparing to open at six sites. 'Hillstate Uijeongbu Station' in Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do; 'Bukcheongra Howstory' in Gyeongseo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon; and 'Yeosu Ungcheon Castle Star (Officetel)' in Ungcheon-dong, Yeosu-si, Jeonnam are about to open.
Daewoo Construction plans to sell 'Hwaseo Station Prugio Brilliel' in Block 2 of Daeyupyeong District, Jeongja-dong 111 area, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do. The complex consists of a total of 1,125 households, including 3 apartment buildings (665 households) and 2 officetel buildings (460 units), ranging from 3 basement floors to 41 floors above ground. Apartment sales will proceed first. Hwaseo Station on Subway Line 1 is within walking distance, and it is also close to Suwon Station on the KTX and Bundang Line, as well as Seosuwon Intercity Bus Terminal.
