Want to Know Where to Use Disaster Relief Funds in Our Neighborhood?
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] There is an application (app) that informs you of stores where you can use disaster relief funds in your neighborhood.
Danggeun Market, a secondhand whale and community app based on local areas, operates a section called ‘Use Disaster Relief Funds Here’ for consumers who need guidance on where to use disaster relief funds.
Danggeun Market has recently launched a campaign to register places that accept disaster relief funds to help small business owners overcome difficulties together and revitalize the local economy, accepting free registration applications from store owners. So far, a total of 14,000 small business owners nationwide have completed registration as places that accept disaster relief funds.
To check places that accept disaster relief funds, run the Danggeun Market app and tap the ‘Disaster Relief Fund Usage’ button in the ‘Category’ tab. Store types include restaurants & side dishes, bakeries & cafes, beauty & grooming, children, pets, interior, education & academies, hospitals & medical, exercise, and other businesses. Each store posts simple information registered directly by the store along with a map, and it is also possible to make inquiries by phone connection to the store.
Registering as a place that accepts disaster relief funds is also easy for store owners. Any small business owner running a business nationwide can apply for disaster relief fund usage through the Danggeun Market app and website. Enter the ‘Disaster Relief Fund Usage’ section and tap the ‘Usage Registration Banner,’ then input the store name, business type, neighborhood selection, detailed address, phone number, brief business introduction, payment methods, etc. Once registration is complete, the store is introduced to users using Danggeun Market in the corresponding neighborhood.
