Big Hit Entertainment, the agency of BTS, is actively pursuing a listing on the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI). The Korea Exchange announced on the 28th that it has received Big Hit Entertainment's preliminary review application for listing on the KOSPI.

Big Hit Entertainment was established on February 4, 2005, with music production and management as its main businesses. Currently, CEO Bang Si-hyuk holds a 45.1% stake. Last year, the company recorded consolidated sales of 587.2 billion KRW, operating profit of 98.7 billion KRW, and net profit of 72.4 billion KRW. The lead underwriters for the listing are NH Investment & Securities, Korea Investment & Securities, and JP Morgan.
