[2020 Apartment Brand Awards] SK Construction's 'SK View', Eco-Friendly Specialized Complex Design Including Fine Dust Blocking
[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Chun-hee] SK Construction's apartment brand 'SK VIEW,' which was selected as the grand prize winner in the design category this year, is highly regarded for actively incorporating the concepts of landscape aesthetics and spatial aesthetics into residential living. The company pursues continuous change through customer-oriented design rather than supplier-centered approaches.
SK VIEW especially dedicates itself to providing living spaces that prioritize health beyond mere luxury. Recently, it has been applying the specialized fine dust blocking design called 'Clean Air Solution' to each complex. In school bus waiting areas, the Clean Air Station, a heating, cooling, and fine dust reduction system, has been introduced, while major community facilities feature eco-friendly building material finishes and windows equipped with fine dust filters and natural ventilation systems. For landscaping, tree species highly effective in reducing fine dust have been intensively planted to purify the air within the complex.

Scheduled for occupancy in January 2023, this apartment complex is a super high-rise mixed-use development ranging from four basement levels to a maximum of 47 floors above ground, already anticipated to become a new landmark in the area.
The complex consists of nine apartment buildings and one officetel building. The apartments comprise 1,789 units, all designed as small to medium-sized units with exclusive areas of 75 to 84 square meters, which are highly favored by actual buyers. Various specialized designs have been applied throughout the complex. The ceiling height is 2.4 meters, higher than typical apartments, and the layout mainly features south-facing units with four-bay designs to maximize natural lighting and openness. Kitchen furniture and living room art walls use high-end Italian materials to elevate residents' living standards.
