NongHyup Bank Registers Patent for AI-Based 'Automatic Management of Counselor Schedules'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Haeyoung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 28th that it filed a patent application for the AI-based 'Automatic Management Device and Method for Counselor Schedules' in July last year and completed the registration of the business model (BM) patent in April this year.
The Automatic Management Device and Method for Counselor Schedules is a system that predicts counseling workload based on big data and generates counselor schedules (training, vacation, business trips, etc.) accordingly. By optimally allocating personnel during peak customer inquiry times, it reduces waiting times and ensures high-quality counseling services through timely and appropriate deployment of counseling staff.
In addition to this patent, Nonghyup Bank has filed five related BM patents including ▲Counseling Quality Full Evaluation Device (registered) ▲Call Center Q&A Service Provision Device (registered) ▲AI Counseling Issue Analysis (application) ▲Counseling Support Device and Method (application). The 'Call Center AI System' of the Customer Happiness Center has been built to enable 5.07 million responses through AI-based deep learning training.
